Embroidery badge production process

The embroidery badge is made by embroidering the LOGO or the pattern on the fabric through a computer through an embroidery machine, etc., and then performing a series of cutting and modification on the fabric, and finally making a cloth badge with embroidery, that is, an embroidery badge. .
Embroidery badges are also important in the production of various badges. They are widely used in a variety of casual wear, hats (cap badges), epaulettes (shoulder badges), etc., and are one of the badges with a large amount of production. Embroidery badges can be customized to suit the artwork or the artwork. Mainly after scanning, drawing (if it is customized according to the draft, the two steps are omitted), pattern making, electric embroidery, glue (mainly soft rubber, hard rubber, self-adhesive), trimming, burning edge (including ), quality inspection, packaging and other procedures.
1. First, design the artwork based on the sample, the customer's ideas, etc. For the reproduction of embroidery, the first draft does not need to be as correct as the finished product. We just need to know the idea or sketch, the color, and the required size. It is not like the production anniversary badge, the commemorative coin to be redrawn to be able to copy. We say “repainting” because it is not necessary to embroider it. However, people who have certain embroidery functions are required to perform the copying work.
2. After the customer confirms the design and color, the design pattern is enlarged into a 6-times large technical drawing, and the version of the embroidery machine is guided according to the enlarged drawing. The loom should have the skills of artists and graphic artists. The stitching on the diagram indicates the type and color of the thread used, taking into account some of the requirements of the pattern maker.
3. Secondly, the pattern maker uses a special machine or computer to print the version. From tape to disc, today, all kinds of pattern-making tapes can be easily converted to any other format regardless of the format. At this stage, the human factor is important, and only the pattern makers with good skills and experience can be used as badge designers. People can verify the tape by various means. For example, on a shuttle machine, a proofer that can make samples can let the pattern maker keep watching the embroidery being embroidered. When using a computer, the sample is taken only when the pattern is actually tested and cut on the prototype.
